Hockey ACT Competitions

Hockey's main club competitions for men and women take place from March to September.  All senior men’s competitions take place on Saturday, with the exception of the Canberra Cup Weekday competition which takes place during the week. All senior women’s competitions take place on Sunday, with the exception of the Canberra Cup Women's Grass division which takes place on Saturday. Juniors are played throughout the weekend, commencing with under 15 divisions on Friday evenings, under 13 and under 18 girls on Saturday mornings, and under 13 and under 18 boys on Sunday mornings.

About Capital League 1

The men's and women's Capital League 1 competition are the premier competition within the Canberra region. All competition matches are played at the Hockey ACT owned facilities, the National Hockey Centre in Lyneham or Tuggeranong Hockey Park in Greenway. The 2013 competition commenced on the 23rd March, and will conclude with the grand finals to be played on the weekend of  the 14th and 15th September.

Competition Winners and Medalists
