UPDATES TO DRAWS: Please note umpiring allocations for the Senior Men's draw for this weekend 4th - 5th July. There has also been updates to the Senior Women's draw for Round 14.
KOOKABURRAS RETURN TO CANBERRA FOR TWO WEEK HOCKEY EXPERIENCE: The Kookaburras will return to Canberra for the second time in five months when they host Malaysia and Canadia in a 3 Nation/4 Team series beginning on Wednesday 29th of July. An Australia A team will also compete against the Kookaburras, Malaysia and Canada at the 3 Nation series from Wednesday 29th July with the finals to be played Sunday 2 August.
HOOK IN2 HOCKEY SUPER CLINIC: Hockey ACT is pleased to announce a Hook in2 Hockey Super Clinic with the Australian Men's Hockey team. If you are between 5 and 12 years of age, then you have the opportunity to meet and be coached by the Kookaburras on Friday the 31st of July. BALL ATTENDANTS WANTED - Hockey ACT is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about Hockey to be part of the ball attendant team at the Under 18 Women's National Championships, 30 June - 11 July. Interested parties are asked to please complete and return the ball attendant form by Wednesday 24 June 2009.
WOMEN'S U18 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS DRAW ANNOUNCED - Hockey ACT is hosting the Women's U18 National Championships from 30th June - 11th July 2009. For more information please see the draw.
ACT U13 WOMEN TRIAL DATES ANNOUNCED - Hockey ACT will be holding trials for the ACT U13 Women's state team to compete in the National Championships in Coffs Harbour in early October. Interested parties are asked to please complete a nomination form available by following rep teams link to the state teams page.
ACT U13 & U15 BOYS TALENT CAMPS/STATE SELECTION TRIALS - Hockey ACT will be again be holding Talent Camps for the Under 13 and Under 15 Boys. The Talent Camps will double as State Selection Trials. Interested parties are asked to please complete a nomination form which is available by following the rep teams link to the state teams page. Registrations for the Under 13's Talent Camp closes on Friday the 19th June and Registration for the Under 15's Talent Camp closes on Friday the 3rd of July.

HOOK IN 2 HOCKEY HOLIDAY CLINIC: In the second week of the July School Holidays, Hockey ACT will be running a Hook in 2 Hockey Clinic at both Lyneham and Tuggeranong. The Lyneham clinic will be on the 13th and 14th of July and the Tuggeranong clinic will be on the 16th and 17th of July. MULTI SPORT HOLIDAY CLINIC - In the first week of the July School holidays, Hockey ACT in combination with Softball ACT and Cricket ACT will be participating in a Multi Sport Clinic. If you would like more information, click here
NEW RULES - New 'mandatory experimental rules' have been introduced for the 2009 season and will be played in all grades of both the senior and junior grades. Information sessions will be held on these new rules in April. To find out more, please click here
