Hockey ACT Pride Round

Friday 26th - Sunday 28th June 2026

Hockey ACT is excited to present our annual Pride Round for 2026. The aim of the round is to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome all clubs to join us in celebrating the round. We encourage clubs to celebrate through taking part in the initiatives planned, and increasing visibility across the weekend.

HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT PRIDE ROUND

Celebrating diversity; within your team or club across the round and throughout the season

Promoting visibility via; social media posts, rainbow socks, shirt or uniforms, displaying Pride and Trans flags and wearing rainbow pins or accessories

Educating yourselves and your teams through the Pride Information Guide distributed or at the online Training provided by Hockey ACT and Pride in Sport (Thursday 26th May).

Promoting positive dialogue; start the conversation around how you can be more inclusive

Stamp out all forms of Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia in our community
