Any Senior Clubs wishing to add an additional team to the 2024 Winter Season must complete this registration for HACT approval.
Clubs wishing to be relegated will be moved down one division from their 2023 team nominations unless otherwise indicated.
Clubs wishing to be promoted will be moved up one division from their 2023 team nominations unless otherwise indicated.
