Welcome to the 2026 Canberra Hockey Regional Program

This event registration is for U16's only and includes participation in the following Carnivals.

Welcome back to the Regional program. We are looking forward to an exciting and great Regional hockey season with Canberra Regional teams, players and families.

June Long Weekend Saturday 6th to Monday 8th June – Canberra

Girls NSW State Championships Friday 19th to Sunday 21st June – Newcastle

Boys NSW State Championships Friday 17th to Sunday 19th July – Tamworth    

Girls Goulburn Hockey One Day Carnival - Sunday 31st May  – Goulburn

Boys Goulburn Hockey One Day Carnival - Sunday 28th June – Goulburn

If Hockey ACT does not receive enough registrations to field a team for a specific event by the events registration closing date and or if there is a cancellation of the carnival, refunds will be provided to those who have registered.
 

Numbers permitting, we anticipate entering 2 boys and 2 girls teams in each competition. As HACT will be sending 2 divisions to NSW State Championships, a selection process may be required. Team configeration for other carnivals is dependant on divisions offered.  

Please note: All uniforms can be purchased through Al at the Hockey Shop please note that there is limited stock available and this is the last year of O'Neil sponsorship. If there is no stock available we encourage you to source kit from previous players and families.

All players are required to book their own travel and accommodation for all Regional Events at the families own expense. Please take this into consideration when registering for an event where travel is involved.
 

Please ensure you read the event waiver in its entirety and complete the Player Agreement at the end of the waiver.
