2026 Livin For Hockey Mental Heath Round
The Hockey ACT community will come together from 24–26 July for the annual Livin For Hockey Round, celebrating connection, support and the important role our hockey community plays in looking after one another.
This year's theme, "Stronger Together: Lean On Your Teammates," encourages players, coaches, officials, volunteers and supporters to start conversations, check in on their teammates and help create a community where everyone feels supported.
There are plenty of ways to get involved throughout the round!

Hockey ACT is also encouraging players, coaches, officials, volunteers and parents to register their interest in the R U OK? Mental Health Information Session, which will provide practical tools to recognise when someone may be struggling and how to start a supportive conversation.

Members are also invited to visit the Livin For Hockey pop-up stand to leave a message on the new Stronger Together Community Wall, meet representatives from Livin For Hockey and R U OK?, access mental health resources and enter the free raffle.

Together, we can continue building a hockey community where everyone feels connected, supported and knows they never have to face challenges alone.
