ACT OPEN MEN GO FOR GOLD

The ACT Open Men will battle it out against Western Australia in the Gold Medal Match today at 12:10pm at the EPC Solar Hockey Stadium.

The ACT side has delivered a dominant tournament performance, remaining undefeated throughout the campaign. This match continues an outstanding record of national success, with the ACT Open Men contesting a medal match in all but two years since their national title in 2007, and now aiming to go back-to-back following their Gold Medal at the 2025 Indoor Nationals.

The squad features a stellar line-up, including seven athletes who have recently competed at the Nkosi Cup in South Africa and the 2025 FIH Indoor World Cup, bringing valuable international experience and composure into the championship contest.

With momentum, depth, and confidence built across the tournament, the ACT Open Men will look to execute under pressure and finish their campaign with another national title.
