CHANGES TO CANBERRA CHILL V TASSIE TIGERS

Due to circumstances outside of our control, the Tassie Tigers Men have encountered a travel issue and are unable to depart Hobart. Unfortunately, this means the men’s match between the Canberra Chill and Tassie Tigers will not proceed as planned. The men will split the points between them.

While we are incredibly disappointed with the outcome, we would like to acknowledge our debutants, Aidan Smith and Mat Neeson and James Day who has announced his retirement from the Hockey One League.

The Tassie Tigers Women were able to travel, and the women’s match will go ahead, with a revised start time of 7:00pm.

Tonight’s game is a crucial one for our Chill Women — the equation is simple: win, and they’re in. We’d love to see the Chill Hill packed to help push the team into the finals.

Gates will still open at 5:30pm. Pick Up Stix will be open, so come along early, grab dinner and a drink, and get ready to cheer on the Chill.

5:30pm – Gates Open
7:00pm – Canberra Chill vs Tassie Tigers (Women)
8:45pm – Open Field*

*Due to no men’s match, the field will be opened at the end of the women’s match for fans to bring their sticks along and have a hit with the Chill and Tigers men’s sides, provide signatures and photos from the players.
