Kookaburras & Senior Performance Squad 

Hockey ACT is thrilled to announce Anand Gupte and Davis Atkin have been named in the 2026 Kookaburras Squad. This is the first time Davis has been selected in the final Kookaburras squad after debuting in 2023 from the Development Squad. Anand has secured his spot in the Kookaburras again after captaining the side for the first time at the Sydney Pro League.

Davis and Anands selection comes off the back of sold performances over 2025 and throughtout the Hockey One season before Anand was sidelined due to a hand in jury. 

Adding to the excitement, Dylan Brick has been selected in the Senior Performance Squad, highlighting his progression within the national pathway and positioning him for future Kookaburras opportunities.

The 2026 Kookaburras Squad and Senior Performance Squad form a key part of Hockey Australia’s long-term high-performance strategy, providing athletes with exposure to elite environments and preparing them for upcoming international campaigns.
