If Hockey ACT does not receive enough registrations to field a team for a specific event by the events registration closing date, refunds will be provided to those who have registered.

* Numbers permitting, we anticipate entering 3 teams in both the boys and girls competition for June Long Weekend.

* Due to team nomination requirements NSW State Championships will be limited to 2 teams, meaning a selection process may take place. As U14 is one of the first age groups to have a NSW State Championship, players in the U12 age group are eligable to trial. If U12 players are selected, tournament fees will apply. If your child nominated for U14 NSW State Championships and is not selected, a refund will be provided. 

* Goulburn nominations will also be based on 2 teams. 

It's important to note that u14s is for the years 2012 and 2013, should you be born in 2014 or younger you may register but are not guaranteed a position in teams participating in the Carnivals. We will assess on ability and overall numbers that have nominated. Those born in 2014 and younger would also be expected to participate in under 12s carnival throughout the year.

All players are required to book their own travel and accommodation for all Regional Events at the families own expense. Please take this into consideration when registering for an event where travel is involved.

Please ensure you read the event waiver in its entirety and complete the Player Agreement and Medical Particulars at the end of the waiver.
