This interactive session will provide practical tools to help you recognise when someone might be struggling, start meaningful conversations, and build confidence in supporting the mental wellbeing of teammates, friends and family.
Whether you're an athlete, coach, official, volunteer or parent, we encourage you to submit an Expression of Interest and be part of this important conversation.
